Troubleshooting
I can not see the 'Snippets' button in Internet Explorers' main toolbar.
1. Click the right button of your mouse over Internet Explorers' main toolbar.
2. Select 'Customize' from the pop-up menu.
3. Look for 'Snippets' in the 'Available toolbar buttons' list on the left side.
4. Select the 'Snippets' entry and move it to the 'Current toolbar buttons' list using the 'Add ->' button.
5. You should see a new 'Snippets' button in Internet Explorers' main toolbar.
I'm using Window 95 or NT and can't see the Net Snippets explorer bar.
Net Snippets requires Windows Active Desktop to work properly. Active Desktop is built into Windows 98/2000 & Me but is not included in Windows 95 & NT 4.0

To install Active Desktop on your Windows 95/NT machine, please install Internet Explorer 4.01 which comes with Active Desktop built in. You can later upgrade to Internet Explorer 5.x or 6.0. Internet Explorer 5/6 do not include Active Desktop so you must install IE 4.01 first.
